Right, Here goes. Lets see if i can remember all these apps and mods...

This is a HTC Desire running the Oxygen 2.3.3 rom

Lockscreen:
widget locker

Clock is bobclock D3
Battery status is minimal text widget

Main screen:

or if you have ADW you can download the fluxed theme from Android market

Walls and docks you can find yourself
